Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which XM Service Desk LLC provides refunds for its services.

1. Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, payments made for completed or partially completed services are generally non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued. If work has already begun, the refund will be adjusted based on the work completed.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any pending work after cancellation will not be delivered.

4. Hosting & Domains

Payments made for hosting, domain registration, or third-party services are non-refundable as these are processed through external providers.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, or third-party issues. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
